The content on this site
The pages here describe our capability and our completed and current commissions. They are published for general information. Nothing on this site is engineering, planning, sustainability or commercial advice for your particular scheme, and it should not be relied on as though it were. Advice from us comes under an appointment, with a defined scope and defined responsibilities.
We take care that the site is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error free or continuously available. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Projects, clients and imagery
Project pages are compiled from information supplied to us by our clients and their design teams. Drawings, visualisations and photographs remain the property of whoever created them and are reproduced here with permission. Construction values, floor areas and unit counts are the figures given to us at the time and may have changed as schemes developed.
Naming a project does not imply that its client, architect or contractor endorses us. If you hold rights in anything shown here and would rather it were not published, email info@beyondeng.co.uk and we will take it down while we look into it.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics of this site, and the Beyond Engineering name and logo, belong to Beyond Engineering Consulting Ltd or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate us as a consultant. You may not republish, systematically copy or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.
Professional standards
Our engineers hold Chartered Engineer status and membership of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, and work to the relevant CIBSE, BREEAM and building regulations standards for each commission. Chartered Engineer registration is held by the individual through the Engineering Council.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for any loss arising from the use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss and any loss of profit, contracts or anticipated savings. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our liability under an appointment is governed by that appointment, not by this notice.
