Overview
The scheme
The development delivers 79 studio flats of luxury student accommodation in the heart of Notting Hill.
The building is a heritage one, and the constraints that come with it made the scheme a complex one to service. Beyond Engineering delivered the MEP design despite those constraints.
The practice also supported the scheme as sustainability consultants, providing the IES thermal models and BREEAM support.
