The development consists of five floors of studios intended for build-to-rent and hotel use, on Ram Street in Wandsworth.
Fifty studio rooms sit above a ground floor of shared amenities, including a co-working area and a communal kitchen.
Beyond Engineering delivered the MEP design alongside the overheating assessments and BREEAM reporting, together with the energy strategy, life cycle carbon assessment, circular economy statement, and the construction logistics and environmental management plans.
