The development delivers student accommodation of 80 dwellings across a mix of bedrooms and studios, in a mixed-use setting where the viaduct combines commercial and residential uses.
Accommodation comprises 56 bedrooms at 10 m², 22 studios at 14.3 m² and two large studios at 18.7 m², served by six shared kitchens of 18 m², over a total of 2,428 m².
Alongside the accommodation the building provides public amenities including a gym, communal area, and a restaurant and bar. Beyond Engineering delivered the MEP design.
