The scheme
70 Mark Lane is a modern 16-storey office building in the City of London’s insurance district, adjacent to Fenchurch Street station. Designed by Bennetts Associates, it completed in December 2014.
The steel-frame building provides approximately 170,000 sq ft of prime office space alongside 7,000 sq ft of ground floor retail. A sloping roof creates a winter garden, with 10,000 sq ft of south-facing terraces across seven upper floors.
The building is rated BREEAM Excellent and offers flexible office space with on-site amenities and meeting rooms.
